Ed Sloop, LEED AP

Ed Sloop, Chief Estimator, joined Walsh Construction Co. as a laborer in 1995 after completing graduate school and working in a variety of engineering related fields while on active duty in the Navy. Ed became an assistant superintendent on a large WALSH concrete job and from there progressed to superintendent, project manager and his current role as chief estimator. Ed is highly involved in preconstruction and value engineering efforts and is responsible for developing and implementing all estimating department standards and procedures. He also reviews all estimate packages to insure accuracy and completeness.
