One of Seattle’s largest affordable housing projects, Cedar Crossing is a transit-oriented (TOD), mixed-use affordable housing project developed in partnership between Bellwether Housing and Mercy Housing Northwest. This innovative project features 254 affordable units, over 100 of which are two and three-bedrooms for larger families. There is also on-site affordable childcare, resident services, and ground-floor retail.
