WALSH is currently building a new expansion for eliseo, consisting of new Independent Living and Hybrid Homes options for the senior living community. This expansion will include 91 new homes: 41 condo-style villas and 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments, additional parking, and landscaping improvements. Each home will feature fully equipped modern kitchens and high-quality finishes, and residents will have access to on-site health services in addition to all the common areas and amenities on eliseo’s existing campus.

WALSH previously built two projects expanding housing options and services for eliseo residents: North Ridge Memory Care Living, a single-story wood-frame addition, and the two-story Chihuly Family Art Center-Arneklev Garden with classrooms, a creative arts space, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and a garden area.
