Novelty Hill provides a place where visitors can share in the experience of wine making and its relationship to the natural landscape. A tilt-up concrete structure of 31,500 square feet, the project is built on a three-acre site in Woodinville, Washington. Novelty Hill incorporates a tasting room that overlooks the aging and fermentation area, and a wine production facility with a state-of-the-art HVAC dry mist humidification system to reduce wine evaporation from barrels.
