Aspen Terrace is a seven-story, 42,000 SF, 90-unit apartment complex in the heart of the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle in partnership with Pioneer Human Services. It supports residents of Seattle who have been affected by incarceration or homelessness as they transition into affordable, service-enriched housing. The new building also includes a live-in staff unit, large community room with full kitchen, business center, on-site laundry, a shared provide courtyard, and on-site support services.
