30Bellevue is new construction of a five-story development with 63 affordable apartment homes. The project is situated within the campus of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, which dedicated a portion of land to create permanent housing in Bellevue’s Northtowne neighborhood.

Apartments include studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, in four stories of residential space built over structured parking totaling 9,897 SF. Management offices, a service provider, mail boxes, trash and recycle rooms are adjacent to parking at ground level, and connect to a courtyard commons. A community kitchen is on the first floor, joined by a common room and central laundry facilities.

The building’s north portion is three stories and features a stepped down rooftop amenities space over the residential floors below. The 63,000 SF project incorporates Washington’s Evergreen standards in design and construction.

Developed by Imagine Housing and Red Vines 1, the project’s overall plan and thoughtfully chosen location provide a community of support, with access to jobs, schools, transportation and services for families and individuals in North Bellevue.

The concrete, weather-resistant barrier, finish carpentry and misc. metal work is self-performed by RDF.
