The Estelle is a mixed-use, supportive housing project located in the Rainier Valley neighborhood of Southeast Seattle. The six-story building has 91 units in four floors, set above two floors that house essential services and counseling to support the needs of residents with disabilities.

Implementing a ground breaking partnership with Harborview Medical Center, The Estelle will take an innovative step toward helping homeless adults remain in permanent housing. Expanding upon the Housing First model, which provides immediate housing to people at risk, the facility will support residents who have special medical needs with high quality healthcare on-site. Approximately 15 units will be available to people who need more than conventional care; and on-site healthcare services will be available to all residents in the building.

Received 2018 Gold Nugget Award of Merit: Best Supportive/Transitional Housing.
