Developed by DESC to create safe, permanent homes and a support system for homeless women and men, Clement Place employs the Housing First model – providing housing that is immediately accessible to individuals at risk, with on-site services to help residents remain in long-term housing. The six-story building has one hundred studio apartments above a large, open courtyard entrance, offices, meeting rooms and bike storage area. Self-performed work included earthwork, enclosure, and metals installation.
