Designed and built to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards 3.0 for Washington State, An Lạc is located in Seattle’s historic, Little Saigon neighborhood, in the International District. It is six stories with an underground parking garage and provides 69 units of affordable housing available to families and individuals. Mixed-use construction totals 79,140 SF and includes five stories of wood frame housing over two levels of PT deck. The ground floor is comprised of retail space and the new headquarters for Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI). LIHI has developed housing and administered services for homeless and low income individuals and families since 1991.
