Pride Place reaches TCO!

Pride Place reached TCO! So many of us at WALSH have been looking forward to the completion of this special project. Pride Place, for Community Roots Housing, sits in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, providing an affordable housing sanctuary for the community. Paired with a Generations with Pride management and office space, kitchen, and community room on the first floor, this project is set up to provide housing for 55+ individuals seeking a space in this life-affirming community. The building also features a green roof, all-electric infrastructure, and gorgeous views of the city.

Congratulations to Community Roots HousingEnvironmental Works Community Design Center and the Pride Place team, including Sr. PM Sandi Tovias, Sr. PM JJ Powell, Superintendent Anthony Sherman, Asst. Superintendent Matt Elliott, Asst. Superintendent Les Baker, PE Jesse Zelaya, and PA Karen Moon!
