Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center
What a team! The Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center – a joint effort between Sky Lakes Medical Center and Oregon Health & Science University to advance rural health care – is now open. The four-story, 100,000 SF, $50 million project will house the OHSU Campus for Rural Health, the OHSU Cascades East Family Medicine Residency and clinic, and the new Sky Lakes Primary Care Clinic.
With expansive “smart” windows overlooking Upper Klamath Lake and the Cascade Mountains, the building provides stunning views for patients and their families. An airy two-story entryway on the east presents a welcoming environment, and made-in-Oregon furnishings enhance a relaxing atmosphere.
“The partnership of Sky Lakes and OHSU made the Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center possible, and will help us meet the health care needs of our patients as well as create a stable workforce that will be ready to meet tomorrow’s health care challenges,” said Paul Stewart, Sky Lakes President and Chief Executive Officer. “This building and the philosophy it embraces is an investment in the future of health care.”

Hard Hat Safety Award!
Our culture of safety forms the foundation of our company and assures that both safety and health are integrated into all our business practices. WALSH Safety Manager Nate Ricker and Safety Coordinator Kirk Chandler were honored to accept the Daily Journal of Commerce Hard Hat Safety Award on behalf of all of our people. All WALSH employees serve as safety champions and are empowered to stop any unsafe acts in our commitment to Safety Always. The Louisa Flowers Grand Opening
Last week, the largest all-affordable housing development in 50 years opened adding 240 new affordable homes to the Rose City. We are proud to support the Louisa Flowers Apartments and the safe, stable housing it will provide for hundreds of Portlanders, in a thriving neighborhood, with transit to take them to jobs, schools, appointments, and everyday errands right outside their front door.
Pleasant Avenue Veterans Housing Grand Opening
It is with deep respect and our great honor that we announce the Grand Opening of the Clayton Mohr Commons Veterans Housing to provide 24-units of housing serving chronically homeless and severely low-income veterans and their families in Oregon City. Congratulations to Northwest Housing Alternatives and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) on the success of this exceptional community-building project designed by Kasa Architects.
