It was a beautiful day for a project tour of Tigard Senior living for Northwest Housing Alternatives! Built alongside the vibrant Tigard Senior Center, this four-story building will provide affordable housing to ensure our seniors on a fixed income, veterans and seniors with disabilities can live comfortably and connected!
Close to the Fanno Creek Trail, Tigard Public Library, Downtown Tigard and several bus lines, this high-quality project is the result of a successful collaboration with, and dedicated efforts from, Destin Ferdun and Joshua R. Carrillo, MBA, PMP from NHA, SERA Architects, Washington County, Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS), Metro, Energy Trust of Oregon and the City of Tigard.
