Safety Training at Ya Po Ah Terrace

Construction Safety Week may be over but our commitment to safety never wavers. Thank you to our community partners at Eugene Springfield Fire for their expertise on our Ya Po Ah Terrace occupied senior housing project in Eugene! The comprehensive safety drill was a success and strengthens our dedication to safety, preparedness and staying at the forefront of safe practices. Thanks to the WALSH project team of Craig Leonnig, Howie Petker and Abigail Anderson for their management! Thanks to Mike Ferguson and Keegan McGary with RDF for their diligent work and to all the participants for their efforts! Thanks to our Safety Director, Nate Ricker, for his dedication to keeping SAFETY at the forefront of all decisions and conversations.

Our people make us SAFE and great!

Our people make us SAFE and great! We honor our people and trade partners for keeping SAFETY at the forefront of all decisions and conversations. Safety IS our highest value and it shows in our safety record. In the words of our President, Matt Leeding “The key component to success I’ve discovered working at WALSH over these 38 years is people: those who work here, those we work with and for, and those who use our product at the end of the day. I feel the great people we work with and around bring endless opportunities for this company moving forward. It’s easy to feel that way when you know you work with the best.”
