The Asian Health & Service Center in the Lents neighborhood of Portland!

Work is moving forward beautifully at the Asian Health & Service Center in the Lents neighborhood of Portland. The 28,000 SF building consists of three stories of structural steel and will contain physical and mental health care space, offices, and community and event space. The ground floor will house a commercial space to be occupied by Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic! Its second floor will contain office space and conference rooms which will be made available for community use and the top floor will feature a 6,000-SF multipurpose hall for community events as well as consulting rooms, a resource library, a commercial kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a movable storefront for all-season use.

General Contractor is O’Neill/WALSH Community Builders, LLC (OWCB). OWCB, created in August 2011, is a formal partnership between O’Neill Construction Group, a registered MWESB firm, and Walsh Construction Co. Thanks to the WALSH Team of Matt Godt, Andy Morris and Sara Schubert! Thank you to our project partners Holst, Abht Structual Engineers, MFIA Inc. Consulting Engineers, KPFF Portland
