Bellevue College Student Housing is all set for school. The project is complete – right on schedule and ready for the first students to move in at Bellevue College campus! The 140,000-sf building is designed by NAC Architecture in two 5-story wings linked by a glass bridge. It will house 400 students and offers a variety of living spaces (from studios to 4-bedroom units) accessible to a café, cent…ral courtyard and rain garden. LEED Platinum for Homes is the targeted certification for this beautiful residential building. Congrats to our team and all their hard work on a job well done!
