Congratulations to our own Andy Morris for winning Superintendent of the Year from the Daily Journal of Commerce Newsmakers awards! We have been fortunate to have Andy carefully managing our projects, and successfully building community, for over 20 years! Over the years, Andy has worked with our non-profit partners on the beautiful historic renovations of Bronaugh Apartments with REACH Community Development and Musolf Manor with Innovative Housing, Inc., providing affordable housing for our Portland community. He also worked with Central City Concern on their Old Town Recovery Center, a state licensed outpatient mental health and addiction treatment program for adults that works with people with mental illness to experience full recovery and healing, to get their lives back. He recently finished the Asian Health and Service Center for Asian Health Services, which features clinic space, administrative headquarters and multipurpose community rooms.
