The Louisa Flowers Grand Opening

Last week, the largest all-affordable housing development in 50 years opened adding 240 new affordable homes to the Rose City. We are proud to support the Louisa Flowers Apartments and the safe, stable housing it will provide for hundreds of Portlanders, in a thriving neighborhood, with transit to take them to jobs, schools, appointments, and everyday errands right outside their front door.

Thank you to Home Forward for their partnership in making this vision a reality for our community! Thank you to LEVER Architecture and LRS Architects for their exceptional design and teamwork and Northwest Infrastructure for their amazing partnership and efforts on this project. The vibrant mural that welcomes guests is by West African artist Baba Wague Diakite.

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to our OWCB team for their dedication and excellent ability to execute the design (Rendering courtesy of LEVER and LRS provided to show the comparison). Thanks to Dan Snow, Ali O’Neill, Craig LeonnigMeghan Gross Herteg, Ted Friedman, Nick Leeding, Patrick Dengsot and Caitlin B. Kelley
O’Neill Construction Group Walsh Construction Co.

We could not have successfully executed this beautiful building without our amazing subcontractors: RDF Builders Co., Western Rebar, Hillebrand Construction, Floor Solutions, B & B Tile Masonry, IES Specialist, Buffalo Welding, Eastern Steel, Pacific Stair, General Sheet Metal Works, McDonald & Wetle, Culver Glass, Peninsula Plumbing, Andersen Heating, Crown Fire, EC Company, KONE, Innotech, Cedar Landscape and many more.
