Argyle Gardens: Affordable Housing Using Modular Construction

We’re thrilled to announce the affordable housing, Argyle Gardens, has achieved Certificate of Occupancy using modular construction! Despite significant adjustments with the COVID-19 working environment, the innovative Argyle Gardens, developed by Transition Projects, was completed on-time to provide 72 low-income and formerly homeless individuals with a home — 18 units reserved for veterans experiencing homelessness.
