The need for affordable housing and child care is at an all-time high in Seattle. Amid this controversy we are extremely excited to announce that we have broken ground on the transit-oriented Cedar Crossing development located right next to the future Roosevelt Light Rail Station!
Two of our long-time clients, Bellwether Housing and Mercy Housing Northwest are partnering to develop and operate this mixed-use 254-unit project, which includes a child care facility and 20 homes for extremely-low-income families with children experiencing chronic health issues. We are proud to have been awarded this project and look forward to 2022.
