One of the first of its kind, Blackburn Center, developed by non-profit partner Central City Concern (CCC) and designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, is an integrated Housing and Healthcare Facility that provides 175 affordable homes co-located with health, wellness, employment and other supportive systems. This successful project reflects the dedication and commitment to affordability and sustainability by CCC and the entire project team!
