The Frye Hotel Apartments historic renovation for Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) has seen major enhancements over the last few months. The 11-story, 234 unit occupied renovation project has been successfully managed by the team during interior renovations and should be complete by year end with the exterior soon after. We have been finishing up the grand staircase as well as turning over a few units on the top floors of the building.
Scaffolding is up on the entrance of the building in order to complete the repairs to the historic upper cornice. Once complete, this unique feature will be renewed and more structurally sound, a critical part of preserving this significant building and its history!
