We are proud to collaborate with the Department of Enterprise Services and Mahlum in efforts to bring much needed child care services to the staff workers of our States capitol!
A few months back, the team successfully completed the installation of CLT panels! Going forward this project anticipates LEED certification with the addition of various green initiatives. Teams implemented a new Building Management System (BMS) that sustains the buildings overall efficiency, lowering the electricity usage, less heat and less air-conditioning. The interior of the building is now wrapping up and teams look forward to tackling exterior work with plans to install the recreational playground and begin landscaping for the plants and greenery.
