DESC Hobson Place South has made significant progress over the last few months. Since the completion of the North Phase last year, WALSH and RDF teams have successfully framed the concrete foundation for this 92-unit mixed-use project.
This ambitious building is pursuing Passive House certification for the residential apartments and also includes a Harborview Medical Clinic on the ground floor! As of last week teams poured the L3 deck and anticipate pouring the L4 deck in late February. We look forward to starting wood framing on the upper floors soon and wrapping up this spring. Looking farther ahead, we can not wait to deliver these sustainable, new affordable homes and public health clinic to DESC and Harborview in early 2022!
