Please join us in congratulating Nick Leeding on his promotion to Superintendent! Nick has been with WALSH since 2013, working his way up through the field from Project Engineer to Assistant Superintendent and now Superintendent. He was an instrumental part of the team at our 11-story Couch 9 Luxury Apartments, the Pacific University Cascade Hall student housing project and one of our most complex projects – the 12-story, 240-unit Louisa Flowers affordable housing project – which was completed on time and on budget.
Currently, he is working with the team on the Riverplace Phase 2 project, which is the second building in a new development by BRIDGE Housing that will bring 176 new affordable housing units to the South Waterfront area. Nick’s absolute commitment to safety, attention to detail and ability to coordinate direction with all members of the project team has proven invaluable.
