The Mary Ann for REACH Will Help Meet the Needs of Local Families in Beaverton!

Exceptional work on The Mary Ann for REACH CDC, with Scott | Edwards Architecture and Klosh Group, Inc., creating 54 new affordable apartment homes in beautiful Old Town Beaverton! It is one of the first new communities made possible through the voter-approved Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond making housing more affordable and accessible to all. The Mary Ann will help meet the needs of local families and features 39 parking spaces, a secure bike room, laundry facilities, and a community room open to a large courtyard.

The property is within walking distance to the MAX light rail and WES commuter rail, multiple shopping opportunities, grocery stores, City of Beaverton Library, post office, restaurants, services, parks, and across the street from Beaverton High School.

Many thanks to our WALSH team of Jay NeesBrandi Pine (Bernhardt)Hunter RainsNick CardozaScott RascoeSarah Stein and Caitlin Kelley for their skill and dedication to this much-needed community project. We are getting excited to help welcome Beaverton families to their new home!
