It is one of the first new communities made possible through the voter-approved Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond making housing more affordable and accessible to all. The Mary Ann will help meet the needs of local families and features 39 parking spaces, a secure bike room, laundry facilities, and a community room open to a large courtyard.
