We want to congratulate Related Northwest and Washington Co Housing Authority on the groundbreaking of Terrace Glen Apartments – 144 affordable, intergenerational apartments for low and very low-income families and seniors!
This new community development is centrally located near public transportation, public library, healthcare services and shopping. Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization will provide onsite services and opportunities for residents to achieve greater self-sufficiency and independence. EngAGE, a local nonprofit, will provide arts education to a multi-generational population, and HomePlate Youth Services will provide services for the 18-24 year-old age group.
Our WALSH team of Aaron Elliott, Kent Usher, Hunter Rains, Sam Sullivan, April Teerman, Osmani Gonzalez and Caitlin Kelley are excited to be working with C2K Architecture, Inc. on this exceptional community project.
