Thanks to the dedication of the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC), Hillside Manor has provided affordable homes to an active community of seniors and people with disabilities, many of whom with long tenure in their homes, since the 1970’s.
We are thrilled to celebrate the completion of the crucial renovations to this 9-story, 100-unit project. Our WALSH team of Bennett Barnwell, Jeff Copus, Justin Anderson and Jill Mathews enjoyed working with HACC and Scott | Edwards Architecture on the complete renovation of the building’s major systems and interiors, including earthquake-safety seismic upgrade, resident program and services spaces, community gathering spaces, and apartment remodels. All work was thoughtfully and successfully completed while the project was fully inhabited by residents. These improvements will provide for a much healthier living environment for the residents, while extending the useful life of the building for decades to come!
