W.M. Keck Science Center for Linfield University

Construction is progressing beautifully on the Linfield University Campus for the W.M. Keck Science Center to create a state-of-the-art center impacting all Linfield science departments. Designed by SRG Partnership, this project is critical to Linfield’s distinctive science education, fostering new levels of student engagement and empowering cross-disciplinary, research-oriented STEM programs!

The new W.M. Keck Science Center will create a comprehensive “complex” of science spaces that is truly interdisciplinary and promotes collaboration between academic disciplines, as well as between faculty and students. Many thanks to the SRG team and the WALSH team of Aaron ElliottRichard StephensenNolan Knox and Sara Schubert for their diligent efforts managing the work.

WALSH has been fortunate to partner with Linfield University for over 20 years on 10 different campus projects and we are honored to be working with the team on this exceptional project. Founded in 1858, Linfield is a four-year independent college with campuses in McMinnville and Portland. Twenty-eight percent of Linfield students are first-generation college students, and more than one-third are U.S. students of color. The U.S. State Department has honored Linfield for being a top producer of Fulbright Scholars three years in a row.
