It was a great day to celebrate teamwork and reaching a project milestone with Related Northwest, GLI Advisors and C2K Architecture, Inc.
Terrace Glen Apartments is a transit-oriented, intergenerational community that will bring 144 new affordable apartments for families and seniors in the Washington Square District! This high quality project will be comprised of two, 4-story buildings formed around an inner courtyard with a communal area, playground and barbeque. Onsite services will be provided by EngAGE, Inc. and to address the varied needs of homeless young adults, residents will receive relevant services from HomePlate Youth Services.
Terrace Glen is an integral piece to the neighborhood revitalization effort spearheaded by the Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC) and is one of four Metro-bond funded developments to break ground in Washington County.
