The team was all smiles at the recent ground-breaking ceremony, kicking off construction for Family Support Center of South Sound‘s (FSCSS) new affordable family-focused project in Olympia, Washington.
Designed by Johnson Braund, Inc., this project will provide 62 new affordable homes adjacent to FSCSS’s main administrative building. Starting this summer, our WALSH team will coordinate a significant site clearing and utility improvement scope to set the stage for the new four-story, wood-framed project, complete with a playground and community room.
Family Support Center has been working tirelessly on this project to provide critically needed supportive housing for many years and we’re honored to help make their vision a reality.
