We are thrilled to be a part of this iconic skybridge which is a celebration of innovation and years of dedicated effort — and will provide a direct connection to the entire Terwilliger Plaza community. A huge thank you to project partners T-PLUS STEEL FABRICATORS INC, NessCampbell Crane + Rigging, RDF BUILDERS CO, BrandSafway, Global Electric, IMEG Engineering, PAE and our WALSH team particularly Ted Friedman and Craig Leonnig who spearhead and managed this successful accomplishment.
Upon completion in the fall of 2023, this 10-story, 370,000 SF building will bring 127 independent living apartments to the existing three-building senior living campus. Designed by LRS Architects, Inc., Parkview will be the largest Passive House-certified project on the U.S. West Coast and largest in the senior living space. Congratulations to all involved!
