What a beautiful view for the final pour on the top floor of the Terwilliger Plaza Parkview project ! Upon completion in the fall of 2023, this 10-story, 370,000 SF building will bring 127 independent living apartments to the existing three-building senior living campus. Designed by LRS Architects, Inc., Parkview will be the largest Passive House-certified project on the U.S. West Coast and largest in the senior living space. Congratulations to all involved!
