Construction begins on LIHI Good Shepherd

Work has officially begun on Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI)’s Good Shepherd Housing, a 7-story, 86-unit permanent supportive housing building located in the Seattle’s Central District. The site belongs to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and was the location of Seattle’s first ever tiny house village beginning in 2015. Now it will become a safe haven for individuals exiting homelessness and low-wage workers.

Beautifully designed by Runberg Architecture Group, the building amenities include on-site case management and staff offices, a common room, and several outdoor spaces, including a rooftop deck. Needless to say, our team was excited to get some dirt moving! Congratulations to LIHI and the entire project team!
