Women numbered 10.9% of the entire U.S. construction workforce in 2022. Washington ranked fourth with 13.6%, with Oregon taking fifth place at 13.5%.
At Walsh Construction Co., we decided to do even better. We’re proud to claim 19.9% of our entire company identifies as women. Our commitment to an equitable workforce began when our doors opened back in 1961 and will continue as long as they stay open.
