Vibrant mural on Fourth Plain Commons

A vibrant mural is taking shape at Fourth Plain Community Commons for Vancouver Housing Authority! The mural is called “Step Up” and is brought to the community through the good work of Portland Street Art Alliance, artist Christian Téllez and fellow local muralist Alex Chiu.

Fourth Plain Commons is an innovative mixed-use project focused on strengthening families and growing small businesses while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, improving the corridor’s safety, and increasing the supply of affordable and attainable housing. The development is pedestrian-and-bike focused and will include community supportive spaces. On the upper floors, 108 units will provide a variety of affordable housing for families. Many thanks to our WALSH team of Chuck Moore, Brian Layman, Bryan Ware, Lyle Rinearson and Caitlin Kelley in collaboration with Salazar Architect Inc.City of Vancouver, WashingtonFourth Plain Forward and many others on the successful execution of this exciting project!
