Hobson Place South has been awarded Moss Adams/AGC Build Washington’s Building Excellence Award in the Private Building: $20M to $50M category for 2023!
Built to Passive House standards, Hobson Place South is a 92,000-square-foot, 92-unit building with a 26,000-square-foot integrated physical and behavioral healthcare clinic. Our project team met and exceeded many complex project challenges through highly coordinated building practices, achieving superior sustainability, inclusivity, and project management outcomes.
