Spencer originally joined our Washington team in our Seattle office as a Project Engineer. While there, he successfully worked on Wesley Homes, a not-for-profit offering continuing care and home health choices for Puget Sound seniors as well as the Compass Housing Alliance’s renovations to their shelter spaces to help prevent COVID transmission. In 2021, Spencer and his wife made the move to Portland and he has successfully worked with our Oregon teams on the Holden of Pearl senior living tower, the innovative mass plywood project in Fossil at Camp Hancock for OMSI and Parkview for Terwilliger Plaza!
