Our team is back on the Sky Lakes Medical Center campus for the Collaborative Health Center in beautiful Klamath Falls, Oregon and honored to continue to support our medical community in their work! The 100,000 SF, four-story medical office and educational building brings several providers together under the same roof and will also support the OHSU Campus for Rural Health!

Congratulations to Plymouth Housing on Almquist Place Affordable Housing
We would like to congratulate Plymouth Housing on receiving a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for their newest supportive housing community a Bob & Marcia Almquist Place. Following stringent guidelines regarding COVID-19, this mixed-use building was successfully completed and will provide 102 new homes for individuals transitioning out of homelessness, supportive services space and new facilities offices for Plymouth Maintenance staff.
We value the partnership with Plymouth Housing as they work diligently to address Seattle’s homelessness crisis, providing permanent housing and services to the most vulnerable populations. Lastly, we want to thank Weinstein A+U architects, and the WALSH project team for their diligence and partnership in obtaining this milestone ahead of schedule.
Argyle Gardens: Affordable Housing Using Modular Construction
We’re thrilled to announce the affordable housing, Argyle Gardens, has achieved Certificate of Occupancy using modular construction! Despite significant adjustments with the COVID-19 working environment, the innovative Argyle Gardens, developed by Transition Projects, was completed on-time to provide 72 low-income and formerly homeless individuals with a home — 18 units reserved for veterans experiencing homelessness.
Congratulations to Sharon Libby on Promotion to Quality Director
Today we celebrate another one of our hard working employees, who was recently promoted! Congratulations to Sharon Libby as, “She has moved on to the role of Quality Director at Walsh Construction Co. Sharon joined WALSH in 2013 and since then has served ably and diligently as a Quality Manager on many projects in both the Washington and Oregon regions.
As all who have worked with Sharon know, she brings a super positive attitude and an ethic of service to all the work she does, and has been particularly focused on proactively addressing the needs of our teams in the field as they pursue the highest level of quality on every one of our projects. Over the past two decades WALSH has developed an industry leading approach to Quality, and I have the highest degree of confidence that Sharon is ready to lead our Quality team into the future, serving WALSH project teams as well the clients and project partners we work so closely together with.

We want to thank all of our men and women who are continuing to do the necessary work in the field, those who are continuing to provide necessary services in the office, those who are continuing to work remotely and our dedicated project partners for continuing to build essential housing and services for those who are more vulnerable in our community.
