Walsh Construction Co. was proud to partner with O’Neill Construction Group as OWCB to be the builder of this innovative project which helped the building achieve LEED v4 Platinum certification.

Tour of Holden of Pearl !
Thank you to the Holden of Pearl on-site team for the tour of the exciting project! Holden of Pearl, a 16-story senior living tower for Alliance Residential Company, will provide 237 apartments that serve people seeking either independent or assisted living as well as a separate, private community space reserved for memory care residents.
4K 4Charity Fun Run with Team WALSH !
Thank you Team WALSH for another virtual 4K 4Charity Team Fun Run to benefit POIC + RAHS and KairosPDX in support of BIPOC youth and adults. There still is time to sign up for this Short Distance Big Impact run and support these dedicated organizations!
Amazing Progress on Webster Road Rehabilitations
Our team got to tour the amazing progress on the rehabilitation of Webster Road for Housing Authority of Clackamas County. Originally constructed in the 1960s, the Webster Road Permanent Supportive Housing project will provide 48 homes to senior residents who are currently experiencing homelessness by Spring of 2022. The project is a pilot project for Metro bond funding!
