We are thrilled to share our whole-building air-barrier test results for the Capitol Campus Childcare Center for Washington State Department of Enterprise Services in Olympia. Code requires 0.4 cfm/sf, but we beat that by over 4 times! The building tested at 0.091 cfm/sf at 75 pa.

Walsh Construction Opens Office in Vancouver, Washington!
Walsh Construction Co. is proud to announce the establishment of an office in Vancouver, Washington! WALSH has been invested in the Vancouver area since our very first senior housing project in 1980 for the Knights of Pythias — we are thrilled to be deepening our roots and providing additional services and connections to our project partners and the community. Our new office is located at the beautiful Officers Row, in the Vancouver National Historic District – a congregation of 21 former homes built for U.S. military officers stationed at the Vancouver Barracks.

Ashley was raised in Portland and has previously served as an executive assistant for Related Companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
