Congratulations To NHA, Our WALSH team and MWA Architects on the Completion of the Buri Building!

The Buri Building brings 159 apartments consisting of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units to serve as affordable workforce housing in the Portland Gateway neighborhood. Developed by Northwest Housing Alternatives and thoughtfully designed by MWA Architects, Inc., this project successfully utilized WALSH’s CEDC (Cost-Efficient Design and Construction) process to provide a durable, beautiful, cost- and energy-efficient home for many.

Argyle Gardens Wins 2020 RADA Award!

What an amazing project to be a part of! Congratulations to Holst and Transition Projects on the national 2020 RADA Award for Argyle Gardens – deeply affordable housing in North Portland. Not only is this exceptional, sustainable project providing 72 homes for those who have recently experienced homelessness, single workers, or low-income families, it is also a gorgeous contribution to the neighborhood and surrounding community.
